A clear privacy statement is "must". Every commercial web site must have a privacy (page) statement posted on its site. Yes, we have set the PHP memory limit that will allow most normal scripts to work (such as phpBB) however it will not allow more resource intensive scripts to work (such as a wiki script).

Can domains be www.?
Yes, you must add it from your control panel >> account settings. Please type in the box, www.yourdomain.com, however http://yourdomain.com will then no longer work.

Can I have more than one subdomain?
The user name supplied upon sign up serves as your subdomain. You can have as many accounts as you wish. Remember to select sub-domains, which are keyword targeted to your site theme, design and content offerings. Premium domains are available with our upgraded Premium Plans.

We send an email upon sign up with your FTP details. The following information applies:

How do I CHMOD files? Chmodding files is not necessary and you will find it does not work in FTP. This is because we use a more advanced and complex permissions system than chmodding files.
